a vatting of two legendary single malts—Macallan and Highland Park. At the time, the Highland Park component, distilled in 2004, was already 10 or 11 years old while the Macallan portion was significantly older. This unusual marriage was transferred into hand-selected Oloroso Sherry Butts, where it has matured gracefully for a further decade, making the youngest whisky in the vatting 21 Years Old.

CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
“What an absolute cracker. Macerated sour cherries, squishy raisins, oriental Shaoxing wine, strawberry ice cream and custard on the nose. Toffee laced with pepper, moist fruitcake, sweet sherry (obvs), maltiness and more cake spice on the palate. Finish is long with a medium-sweet, aromatic and tingling coating.”
Big burst of fruits and dry oak, getting a good rich aged note here and a slight cooling menthol all with a dusting of icing sugar on top. Spice prickle but not overpowering and lovely warming finish.”
“So here we go my palate may be different but you do get sweet smell on the nose very christmassy taste. Obviously with sultana raisin taste you do get that after spice taste but that’s even more with a drop of water. It’s mega I hope I can get a bottle.”
“Could tell straight away from the lovely aroma in the glass which I left only a few minutes that I would love it. I’m not able to wax on lyrical about flavours of the whisky I drink, but the lovely long, long nutty finish was fantastic for my first dram in a week.”
“I’ll start by saying this is a really nice, smooth and very flavourful whisky. Lots of dark fruits, very slightly nutty, slightly spicy but not overly so. The cakey bit of Christmas cake (not overly sweet). I tried it both with a couple drops of water and without. I personally preferred it without but it was good both ways. It’ 53.6% abv. I’d happily drink this again – not sure I’m generous enough to share it though.”
